Jim Delahunt is the owner of Delahunt Appraisal Service. He started his company in 1982 after over a decade in real estate sales and brokerage. Jim is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in business administration. He is certified by the State of Ohio to appraise all types of real estate; residential, commercial and industrial.
Joe Delahunt has been appraising real estate since 1995 when he joined Delahunt Appraisal Service. He appraises all types of residential property including single family and 2-4 family houses, condominiums, farms and vacant land. He is licensed by the State of Ohio as a residential appraiser and attends appraisal seminars annually to meet Continuing Education requirements.
Frederick P. Good is a State certified residential real estate appraiser having done more than 8,500 appraisals for the valuation of single family, land, multi-family, easements, farm and small commercial properties. Most of his work has been for conventional and FHA financing but he is also qualified as an expert witness in tax revisions, eminent domain and divorce cases. A 1976 honors graduate of Bowling Green State University, he is a candidate for SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute. He became an FHA Roster Appraiser in 1999, when FHA began its testing program. He joined Delahunt Appraisal Service in January 2000.
Dave Harlan is a State Certified Residential real estate appraiser who joined the staff of Delahunt Appraisal Service in 2007 after retiring from a 30 year career in natural resources conservation and wildlife management. Dave has valuation experience in commercial and residential properties, agricultural and conservation land and easements. He is a FHA residential appraiser and currently enrolled in classes to obtain his State General Certification.
